Yay! My very good friend Emily Keaton is the Featured Stamper this week, so I HAD to play! Congrats, Emily, you deserve this. :-)
I chose THIS card of Emily's to CASE, and she will instantly know why, with my penchant for using Eiffel Tower images. ;)
I kept the layout in general, the use of an Eiffel Tower image and sentiment, but the colors are different, and I added bling and roses and colored my doily with ink.
Card recipe:
Dimensions: 4.25" x 5.5"
Stamps: Vintage Traveler - Our Craft Lounge; All Year Wishes I - Inspired by Stamping
Paper: Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Whisper White - SU; Black & Ivory Designer - K & Co.
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black - Tsukineko
Fibers: black lace - SU; white daisy lace - Offray
Other: white doily - Wilton; bling - Want2Scrap; mini flowers - Inspired by Stamping; Double Embossed Dotted Lace punch - EK Success; Wide Oval punch - SU

This is such a lovely mix of patterns and texture. Love the French feel you have achieved and the elegance of the lace and pearls. Clever to ink the doily black. It looks pretty and unexpected. Thanks for joining us in our B & W challenge at Stamp N Plus. Great design and execution!

Colleen, I'm loving this all over again here on SCS!! This is just a stunning card. I love how elegant it is. And, it's no surprise that you've chosen to CASE something with a French theme! I'm so glad you found some inspiration in my gallery . Thanks so much for honoring me by playing along with FS280!

I was going to case the same card as I love anything "french". I shall either have to pick another card or try to top yours and Emzi'z. Don't think that will happen. This is perfect.
